Andrew C. McCarthy III is an American lawyer, columnist for National Review, and Fox News Contributor. He served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York and in 1995 led the terrorism prosecution against Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman and eleven others for their role in the 1993 terror bombing of the World Trade Center.
